Imagine safeguarding the integrity of cutting-edge software that traces agricultural products from producer to port--my client is looking for a QA Specialist (Software Tester) to make that happen. In this intermediate to senior role, you'll validate functionality, usability, and performance of web-based solutions like their Palbroker platform, focusing on logistics, financials, and dashboards. You'll conduct manual and automated testing, develop test scripts, and collaborate with developers and analysts in an agile, hybrid setup (full-time, with hybrid flexibility). Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years in QA or software testing roles, with hands-on manual and automated testing experience
Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, regression, web/mobile, GUI, back-end, and UAT testing
Strong skills in writing and maintaining test cases/scripts using Test Cafe (TypeScript), SQL for data validation, and API testing with Postman
Familiarity with software languages like Java, C#, .NET, and Clarion
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills for collaborating in team environments.
Experience in root cause analysis, reporting defects, and contributing to QA processes including SOPs
Preferred: Knowledge of agricultural/traceability systems, agile environments, and DevOps integration (intermediate to senior levels encouraged)
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a strong advantage
