OverviewPosition: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Newcastle, KwaZulu-NatalJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our clientxe2x80x99s team in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and managing a team of QA professionals.Responsibilities:
xe2x80x93 Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
xe2x80x93 Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
xe2x80x93 Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
xe2x80x93 Manage a team of QA professionals and provide training and guidance
xe2x80x93 Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
xe2x80x93 Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers and external partners
xe2x80x93 Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
xe2x80x93 Prepare and present quality reports to senior managementRequirements:
xe2x80x93 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in a relevant field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.)
xe2x80x93 Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role
xe2x80x93 Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations
xe2x80x93 Strong leadership and team management skills
xe2x80x93 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
xe2x80x93 Attention to detail and analytical thinking
xe2x80x93 Experience with quality management systems and tools
