Our client company in the iGaming space, is seeking a passionate and technically savvy QA to join their team in Cape Town.

The iGaming industry is unique, and as such, the ideal candidate should possess relevant industry knowledge and experience. Candidates with experience in the gaming/gambling industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements

ISTQB Foundation

3+ years of experience with testing front-end and back-end systems

Extensive knowledge of testing web and mobile

Experience in test management tools and agile testing processes

Familiarity with JavaScript and SQL

Ability to familiarize yourself with the product and interconnecting services.

Desired Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering

Experience in test automation for both API and UI

3+ years of experience in testing: automation, performance, UI/UX,API, and security testing.

Experience in the gaming/gambling industry

Experience with Git, Bamboo, Jira, and Zephyr, or similar toolsets

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand product functionality, and ensure the highest quality standards
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques
