SSK currently has the following career opportunity in its Business Architecture department. This position requires support from our Swellendam/ Mossel Bay and Humansdorp offices. The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of business systems and data through structured testing, system access auditing, and user enablement activities. This role encompasses end-to-end quality oversight, from pre-release testing to post go-live user support and training, to ensure systems function as intended and users are confident and capable in daily use.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases for changes and new releases. Prepare and deliver system and process training sessions for users. Conduct scheduled system access reviews to ensure users have the correct permissions. Provide functional support to business users after go-live. Maintain clear and accurate QA documentation. Recommend improvements to testing, auditing, and support processes.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems. 2-4 years' experience in software testing, QA, or IT systems support will be an advantage. Exposure to system access auditing and user rights management preferred. Experience delivering system training and providing user support post go-live. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other core business systems is beneficial.
