Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in construction project management, preferably in renewable energy or a related field

Mission

To successfully deliver PV plant construction projects that meet customer needs, contribute to renewable energy goals, and drive sustainable development.

Key tasks

Overseeing the construction of the PV plant, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget Managing and coordinating the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress, quality, and safety Coordinating with stakeholders, including project developers, EPC contractors, and local authorities Managing and resolving technical issues and construction delays Ensuring that the PV plant is constructed to meet performance and quality standards Collaborating with the project team to ensure successful project delivery Managing and controlling project costs, schedules, and resources Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management

Technical

Knowledge of PV plant design and construction Experience with project management software and tools Understanding of electrical and civil engineering principles Familiarity with safety and quality management systems Knowledge of Zambian regulations and standards

Behavioural

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required
