Job Summary
A well established manufacturing concern are looking for a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee the purchasing function. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide consulting, training and guidance to procurement buyers
- Review purchase order requests
- Follow up with buyers on shortage parts to avoid line stoppages
- Resolve pricing / quantity queries on stock items
- Maintain admin reports measuring OTIF indicators and purchase order confirmations
- Liaise with suppliers
- Bachelors degree - Supply Chain - advantageous
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Syspro knowledge would be beneficial
