Responsibilities

What wexe2x80x99re looking for:

• Manage Critical Spares
• Obtaining quotes for spares to be bought
• Create orders for technical side
• Create orders for Raw Materials and Ingredients
• Create orders for Packing materials
• Create orders for Fuel xe2x80x93 GAS / Diesel
• Create orders for PPE
• Create orders for other General Purchases like xe2x80x93 Lab, Safety, HACCP
• Engaging and liaising with suppliers and contractors
• Managing Service / monitoring xe2x80x93 Schedule service of Compressors
• Managing and following up on outstanding / open orders with Vendors
• Managing GRIR account on SAP
• Filing and Housekeeping
• Part of the procurement committee
• Review annual Contractors questionnaires
• Assist with PM Stock taking
• Other General duties

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

• Grade 12
• Three years relevant experience
• Valid Driverxe2x80x99s Licence
• Technical Background xe2x80x93 Electrical and Mechanical is essential
• Understanding of Food processing Plants
• SAP MM & PM
• Health and Safety standards
