Purchasing Administrator ? Location:Brits, North West | ? Full-time | Department: Purchasing: Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Financial Accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills (including charts).
35 years experience in finance (reconciliations, queries) or purchasing.
Familiarity with budgets, planning, and B-BBEE documentation.
Experience with purchasing systems and ident creation an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, team player, able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English with own reliable transport.
Responsibilities: Purchase and order materials, consumables, and equipment. Coordinate purchasing activities in line with policies and procedures. Support cost-saving initiatives and resolve payment queries. Create and update idents for business planning accuracy. Participate in demand planning and tender forecasting. Support buyers with daily purchasing tasks. Coordinate B-BBEE compliance with suppliers. Perform general admin and purchasing duties as required.
