Pump Applications Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pump Applications Engineer to join our team. In this technical role, you will support the specification, selection, and application of pumping systems, providing expert advice to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer requirements and select suitable pump solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, data sheets, and system designs.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management on product enhancements.
- Support field service teams with troubleshooting and commissioning as needed.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years' experience in pump selection, design, or fluid systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal, positive displacement, or specialty pumps.
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or pump sizing software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites or project locations.
