Job Summary: As a Publishing Production Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of content through the publishing process. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate production schedules, monitor progress, and optimise workflow efficiency. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the success of our publishing projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the production traffic for all publishing projects, from inception to delivery. - Coordinate with editorial, design, printing, and distribution teams to ensure the timely completion of projects. - Create and maintain production schedules and project timelines. - Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and ensure quality standards are met. - Keep stakeholders informed about project milestones and any potential delays. - Implement and improve project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes.
