Job Summary Public Area Cleaning Supervisor Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities in public areas
Train and oversee cleaning staff
Inspect and maintain cleanliness standards
Order and manage cleaning supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cleanliness
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
Strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in cleaning management
First aid training
