To provide effective and efficient support of a secretarial and administrative nature to the Manager and specific Sales Areas within Province. Assist Provincial Head in ensuring all new business for compliance and resolving / escalating problems in terms of documentation (including FAIS and FICA governance procedures) are available to him. This would include ensuring all procedures are adhered to in terms of the SBFC sign-off limits, to ensure that the new business documentation is checked and authorised for processing.
