To achieve the allocated Offshore Sales targets and assist in the achievement of the overall provincial Offshore Sales targets which include the specific province(s) allocated to your area of responsibility

Provide a readily available, service focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for new and existing stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Be appointed as Key Individual as continuity for the business and take on any duties delegated by Key Individual of the business.

Responsible for inspiring, motivating, leading and managing the Offshore team. Focusing on growth, development and retention of relevant skills to meet the business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Commerce or related studies
• Completion of Regulatory Examination (RE01 and RE05)
• Key Individual / Supervision Experience Preferable
• Drivers Licence and a licensed vehicle
• FAIS Compliant within sub-cats 1.8,1.9,1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.17, 1.18, 1.24

• 3-5 years' experience in selling in a 'business to business' environment and on an individual level to clients
• 3-5 years' experience in managing a team
• Sales Management experience preferred
• International banking experience preferable
• Forex/Exchange control knowledge preferable
