Job Summary
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in Strategy, Business Development, Product Development or Management Consulting; Experience in Digital Services, Marketplaces, Superapps or E-commerce is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for Financial Technology, Digital Banking and the mission of the company
- Strong attention to detail, with an entrepreneurial and highly practical mindset, and a street-smart xe2x80x9cfeelxe2x80x9d for the pulse of the banking industry and target consumer
- Assist in formulating the overall strategy and design of products, features and engagement mechanics
- Together with other stakeholders and businesses, research and monitor product and customer trends to inform the ideation and prioritization of new products and features for the portfolio
- Together with Strategy and other stakeholders, develop the business rationale (e.g., value proposition, opportunity sizing) for the new product initiatives, to inform product prioritisation
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of products and their distribution channels, such as ideation, design and management of its features, together with the timely implementation of strategic and tactical
