Job Description
A well-established client within the Electrical industry is seeking the expertise of a Proposals Engineer with experience in Power Generation Products to join their team to be based in Cape Town.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Formulate Quotes
- Compile Proposals and Tenders
- Review customer specifications ensuring compliance
- Assist customers with Technical Queries
- Perform Costings and determine project margins and best-selling prices
- Conduct site inspections
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in power generation industry or similar environment
- CAD experience (advantageous)
- Experience with formulating quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Cost Calculations
- Product and Price sourcing
- Valid drivers license
