Job Description
To manage and assist in the development of property for the Group from site identification to project close-out, ensuring all phases and functionalities are executed efficiently and effectively, with a specific focus on development of greenfield and projects in and outside of South Africa. Ideally Master in Building science and previous feasabiity studies incl liasion with town planners, sire investigations and due dilligigence. Travel into Africa will form part of this scope.
