Minimum Qualification Required:

• Grade 12

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial property risk surveyor working within a team with a proven track record in survey commercial property risks
• Experience surveying complex risks including manufacturing operations with a business interruption risk component
• Thorough understanding of commercial property insurance contracts
• Any commercial insurance underwriting experience will be advantageous

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to:

• Survey commercial property risks to determine and document the risk profile and to advise underwriters of any concerns and or recommendations regarding the risk
• Building strong relationships with the Underwriting and support teams
