Property Rental Facilities Supervisor required in Durbanville.
Are you experienced in the full function of property rental administration and maintenance? Our client in Northern Suburbs requires your five years experience in managing rental portfolios and overseeing two staff members.
We require the following attributes to be successful in this role:

technical understanding of building and maintenance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in property management software and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle lease renewals and negotiations.
Assign and manage maintenance requests.
Supervise & oversee the daily operations of the Property & Facility Coordinators, maintenance team and cleaners.
Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
Monitor the quality of work performed by vendors and internal staff.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Work closely with the Facilities Manager on budget and vendor management.
Tracking and managing inventory movements.
* Tracking PPM to ensure all preventive maintenance is completed.
