As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large, complex projects within set timelines and budget.
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualification in Project Management or related
Minimum of 8-10 Years' experience in Project Management within the Fashion retail industry
Operations experience is considered advantageous
Driver's license and own vehicle, as the role requires the ability to travel
MS Office skills - namely Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Understanding the different scope of works related to store build
Responsibilities: Proven track record of Initiation of large-scale projects, ability to understand drawings, understanding of the different scope of works.
Planning which will include, creating budget and project timelines, allocation of resources, manage budget and risk.
Execution - support and direct teams, monitor & report on project progress, facilitate issue resolution, ensure financial obligations are met and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage complex builds and technical knowledge across various scope of works and ability to provide technical support to others
Ability to take on other responsibilities outside the projects arena and deliver timeously
Managing relationships effectively internally and externally, including all third parties.
Understanding of Council submission process for the Occupancy Certificate.
Good leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to influence. Ability to mentor and coach. Decision maker.
* Exceptional planning, negotiation, relationship building, adaptability, contract negotiation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are key in serving as a senior project lead.
