Job Description
Role Overview
As a Property Practitioner with Greatworth Properties, you will be responsible for sourcing, listing, marketing, and selling/renting properties while building strong client relationships. You will run your business under the Greatworth Properties brand, supported by full administrative, legal, and training resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source, list, market, and sell or lease residential and/or commercial properties. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and professionalism. Advise clients on property values, market trends, and legal requirements. Manage property viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals. Ensure all transactions comply with the
Property Practitioners Act
and PPRA requirements. Maintain your personal brand while representing Greatworth Properties' values. Option to grow intoteam leadership
and build your own sales team within our structure.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
