What you'll do:
Letting and/or sale of residential and other property types Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process Use your sales and marketing skills to grow your portfolio and close deal.
What we are looking for:
NQF4 Real Estate qualification (advantageous) Proven sales and marketing abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Own vehicle, cell phone, and laptop No Desk/franchise fees Earn 75-80% commission on both sales & rentals
