We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of Sectional Title Schemes and Homeowners Associations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, financial oversight, compliance, and client relationships within their allocated portfolio. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of the legal and administrative aspects of community scheme management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of sectional title and HOA properties.
Coordinate and attend trustee/director and AGM meetings, preparing required documentation and minutes.
Ensure compliance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, Companies Act, and other relevant legislation.
Liaise with trustees, service providers, contractors, and residents to resolve issues and implement decisions.
Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., STSMA, CSOS, Companies Act).
