Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee the leasing process, including negotiations and renewals.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
