Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties.
• Handle lease agreements, tenant relations, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
• Optimize property performance through strategic asset management and budget oversight.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues and implement property improvements.

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or logistics properties.
• Exposure to MDA property management software is essential.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, negotiations, and property law.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
