Property Manager Needed
We are looking for an experienced property manager to manage a property with 2 long-term and 1 short-term rental units. The property manager would be required to perform the following duties:
- Oversee property maintenance
- Interview and select tenants, in collaboration with the landlord
- secure signed leases, property inspections and ensure compliance thereto
- track rental payment and issue reminders and LOD's as required
- Prepare short term rental unit for occupancy, welcome guests and restore property after occupancy.
- Manage social media and booking apps for short-term rentals
Applicants must have:
- a matric certificate
- full computer literacy, with own device and internet access
- own transport
- experience in property management
- at least 3 character and employment references
The position offers a fixed salary for property management, as well as a commission on short term rentals. Salary expectation is between R3000 - R5000 monthly for highly flexible hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R3000,00 - R5000,00 per month
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Johannesburg, Gauteng 2194
Expected Start Date: 2026/01/10
