Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore targeted blocks or areas using data analysis to find high-potential opportunities for rentals and sales.
• Organise and attend show days - prepare marketing materials, coordinate schedules, and ensure professional property presentation.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and tenants to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute property promotions.
• Manage leads effectively using tech-enabled systems and digital tools.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and proactive communication.
• Support leasing administration, renewals, and documentation processes.
• Provide regular progress updates and insights to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate (NQF 4) (required).
• Registered with the EAAB/PPRA as an Intern, Full Status, or Principal Agent.
• Completion of the PDE Exam (advantageous but not essential for interns).

Experience and Knowledge

• Property sales and/or rental experience is advantageous but not essential.
• We welcome junior agents, graduates, or those transitioning into real estate with a strong passion for property.
• Knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.

• Specific Requirements
• Preferably reside in the specific area of operation.
