Property Finance Sales Consultant (External Sales)
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State.
A large financial services group is seeking the expertise of a Property Finance Sales Consultant, responsible for external sales and business development.
As an experienced Property Finance Sales Consultant, one will be responsible to actively prospect potential home loan clients, through lead providers (agents and originators) and through personal marketing and people engagement opportunities.
One will be using the appropriate needs analysis based selling techniques, either switch clients from other financial institutions or to offer them a new home finance packages that is tailor made and accompanied by the firm's amazing service.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Source potential clients.
• Identify needs.
• Match relevant product package to relevant need.
• Explain the LOA (Final Grant) and close the deal.
• Maintain customer contact and follow-up.
• Applications capture and file construction.

What you need to qualify for further consideration:

• A completed Matric qualification, essential.
• A minimum 2+ years of successful External Sales experience in Home Loans, Real Estate, Insurance and/or or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of generating and converting own leads (self-sourced, not purely inbound).
• A stable career track record will be required.
• One must have a clear credit and criminal record.
• Own reliable Transport and a valid driver's license are essential.
• Ability to build strong networks with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and community partners.
• Thrives in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
• Strong Sales DNA - persistence, resilience, and the ability to earn trust fast.
• Proactive, creative marketing approach beyond usual channels (e.g., Activations, Community Events, Partnerships).
