As a Property Finance Consultant, you will leverage your sales acumen to identify and secure new business opportunities in the property finance sector. This role demands a proactive individual ready to build and maintain robust client relationships while driving sales performance to new heights.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing professional advice on property finance solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
- 23 years of proven external sales experience in finance, real estate, insurance, or related industries
- Hunter mentality with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
