Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- 2-3 years of proven external sales experience (e.g. real estate, finance, insurance)
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build strong referral networks
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality
- Able to thrive in high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Source and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Assess client needs, credit profiles, and affordability to recommend suitable solutions
- Present products and guide clients through the application process
- Clearly explain offer terms, approval conditions, and documentation requirements
- Maintain regular client communication and follow up post-sale
- Accurately capture applications and compile complete supporting documents for processing
