Job Description
ESI ATTORNEYS are looking for a qualified conveyancer with experience in property developments to manage a department.
This role will ensure the
effective and efficient management
of the Developments departmentBusiness Acumen - a hunger to grow the Developments department
and generation of leads and share market intelligenceThorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy.
Excellent understanding of market research methods
timeous identification and effectively attending
to problem areas and immediate escalation to Directors where necessaryEnsure the management
of all HR related matters effective utilization of internal and all related systems by employees manage information accordingly.Training of all new staff
on internal programs and system to ensure that the ESI way is always followedSKILLS:

interpersonal and communication, collaboration, critical thinking skillspro-active, self-starter, motivated, flexible,
and able towork without supervision

of Microsoft office packages and related internal and conveyancing systems and the flexibility to support the rest of the team when needed.Qualification and Experience
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
Proven experience as a Development Manager (+/- 5 years)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R30000,00 - R45000,00 per month
Experience:
Development manager: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
