Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
8-10 years' experience in property or real estate development (residential or commercial).
Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-unit developments.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in feasibility modelling and project financing.
Familiarity with South African planning, zoning, and building regulations.
Strategic thinker with commercial awareness.
Strong leadership and coordination ability.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools
