Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional property-related service.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding property management, leasing, and maintenance services.
• Assist clients with onboarding and guide them through our property management systems.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with property management teams to address and resolve client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback within our CRM systems.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the property management sector.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide effective solutions to their challenges.
• Proficient in CRM tools and property management software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
