Property Bridging Finance/RAFKey Account Executive Johannesburg R35K basic, plus commission and incentives. Exp Bridging Finance, Degree, ep. selling Financial Products to afrikaans clientele near Pretoria and inland. Based in Johannesburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

Property Bridging Finance and Road Accident Fund Bridging Finance.

Report into Business Head: Bridging Finance

Skills: Deal Origination, Portfolio Management and a demonstrated history of selling financial products

Degree preferred

Work experience- Bridging Finance, Private Banking (Outbound) or Legal (property, personal injury)

MS 365 (OUTLOOK AND EXCEL)

STRONG NEGOTIATION SKILLS

Purpose of the position is to grow and manage a portfolio of channel partners (attorneys and conveyancers) who are key to originating deal flow. Hunting and acquiring new channel partners is crucial as they act as the key interface between the Bridging company and the market.

Ideal candidate will be well versed in structuring deals, understanding financial products and preparing credit application packs, an understanding of Bridging Finance and short-term liquidity products is preferential.

Extensive travel to service attorneys /channel partners in Johannesburg -Pretoria and inland

Stakeholders: Internal - Credit and Fulfilment

External Attorneys and Channel Partners and Direct

KPIs 70% Property Bridging Finance Assets Advanced and 30% RAF Assets Advanced and Annual Book growth as per release of annual KPIs.

Risk Mitigation via quality credit pre-screening

Implement an efficient sales cycle and pipelining approach to maximise the output of deals.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree preferred

Afrikaans is advantageous because calling on Afrikaans clientele
