Minimum of 5 years' experience in property maintenance or a related role
Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and compliance standards
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software tools
DUTIES
Manage lease renewals and conduct rental negotiations
Assign, track, and oversee maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
Supervise daily operations of Property & Facility Coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaning teams
Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards
Monitor and evaluate the quality of work delivered by service providers and internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and tasks
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on budget planning and vendor management
Track and manage inventory usage and movements across properties
Monitor and follow up on Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure compliance and timely execution
