Johannesburg Reporting to: Director
Compensation: 10% of share of all sales & rental commissions closed by the team (not of gross deal value). Monthly draw / retainer negotiable against future commission (optional after 6 months).
Core Purpose Own the performance of the agent team: no dead leads, fast follow-ups, high listing activity, motivated culture, and predictable monthly targets hit.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Lead Management:
o Audit lead queues daily; redistribute/close out stale leads.

o Enforce follow-up SLAs (e.g., first response < 2 hrs; 3-touch rule in 48 hrs, actually 4 hours).
o Weekly pipeline reviews with each agent.
People Leadership & Motivation:
o Daily stand-ups / weekly power sessions.
o Run incentives, mini-competitions, recognition programs.
o Coach low performers back to target; escalate or exit non-performers.
Process, Systems & Reporting:
o Ensure CRM usage is 100% (data clean, notes up to date).
o Produce Monday KPI snapshot + month-end performance pack.
o Standardise listing/buying/renting workflows and checklists.
Training & Onboarding: o Recruiting through yourselves. (required to grow the staff compliment)
o Create onboarding plan for new agents (tools, scripts, compliance basics, RYX differentiators).
o Monthly skills workshops (closing techniques, objection handling, prospecting).
Quality & Brand Control: o Ensure all listings meet RYX quality standards (photos, descriptions, legal docs).
o Client satisfaction follow-ups and NPS tracking.
