TRC Capital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Property Administrator
to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the property management function
while ensuring the accuracy of financial processes
related to property operations
Key Responsibilities
Property Administration:
Maintain tenant records, lease agreements, and related documentation.
Assist with onboarding and exit processes of tenants.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with service providers.
Handle queries from tenants and escalate where necessary.
Support compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements for properties.
Requirements
Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in Property Management.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in property administration
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential); experience with property management systems will be an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good tenant and supplier relationships.

Remuneration
Market-related, based on qualifications and experience.
