This includes preparing and maintaining general ledgers, posting journal entries, and managing inter-company loans. You'll conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare age analysis reports, and support compliance and audit processes. Youxe2x80x99ll be office based Monday to Friday in Wynberg (Gauteng).What you'll needA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or studying towards one) and completed articles OR a financial tertiary qualification like a Diploma with at least 3 years of accounting experience within a property/utilities type industry. Previous exposure to property finance and municipal utility accounting will set you apart. You'll need strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and lookups) and ideally experience with property finance systems like MDA or MRI.
