We're on the lookout for a Financial Accountant with a post-qualification (SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA preferred) and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position--ideally in the property or investment space.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process financial records for a portfolio of
9 property companies
using Pastel Handle journals, cashbooks, loan interest, and depreciation calculations Invoice rentals, utilities, and other charges to tenants Prepare reconciliations, assist with audits, and liaise directly with auditors VAT, provisional, and income tax calculations and submissions via e-filing Create and maintain cash flow forecasts and schedules Prepare and manage documentation forbond applications

Liaise with foreign auditors and assist in incorporating new property companies Coordinate annualinsurance renewals
