Property Accountant

The role is responsible for overseeing the finance function, including preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management. It involves monitoring rental income, tenant accounts, and property expenses while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Manager/Accountant will provide financial insights to support strategic decisions, maintain strong internal controls, manage audits, and ensure accurate reporting. In addition, the role partners closely with Property Managers and senior leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and sound financial management across the property portfolio.
This role reports to the Finance Manager.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting
- SAIPA
- 4 years relevant Property experience
