We're looking for a Property Accountant who lives and breathes property finance. Rentals, recoveries, levies, accruals, budgets, and forecasts aren't just tasks; they're second nature.
This role suits someone who values precision, respects deadlines, and brings strong academic discipline into real-world property accounting.
What you'll be responsible for:
Full property accounting across a diverse portfolio
Monthly management accounts that balance and tell a clear story
Lease accounting, recoveries, accruals, and provisions
Budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Liaising with property managers, auditors, and key stakeholders
This role is for you if:
You have solid, hands-on property accounting experience (essential)
You hold a minimum BCom degree with a strong academic track record
You understand property reporting cycles and deadlines
You're detail-driven, commercially minded and accountable
You are based in Cape Town
