What the job involves..
Planning and executing brand activations and promotional campaigns across multiple regions
Recruiting, training and managing brand ambassadors and promotional teams
Coordinating logistics, timelines and budgets for all activations
Ensuring seamless on-the-ground execution and brand consistency
Collaborating with creative, strategy and client service teams to bring campaigns to life
Monitoring performance and compiling post-activation reports
Travelling to sites to oversee activations and ensure quality delivery
What you need to be considered..
3-5 years' experience in promotions, activations or experiential marketing
Strong background in managing brand ambassadors or field teams
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Confident communicator and strong team motivator
Ability to manage budgets, logistics and timelines effectively
High attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
Valid driver's licence and own transport
Willingness to travel when required
Bonus points if you..
Have experience managing activations for FMCG or lifestyle brands
Have worked across multiple African markets
Are passionate about purpose-led, community-driven marketing
