Promotions Supervisor - Gauteng

We're hiring a Promotions Supervisor to lead our in-store and outdoor activations across Gauteng. If you enjoy building brands through great execution and you know how to run a promoter team, this role is for you.

What you will do:

Lead a team of store promoters across Gauteng and manage their day-to-day schedules. Plan and run consumer promotions, new product launches and large outdoor events. Handle on-site execution: logistics, setup, compliance checks and close-out. Track results, compile data and present post-event reports. Recruit, screen and onboard promoters with HR. Keep accurate attendance and timesheets. Train promoters on product knowledge and customer engagement; conduct store visits and audits. Manage stock and distribution of promotional materials and gear. Take on reasonable ad-hoc promo tasks as needed.
What you will bring:

3 - 5 years in promotions, marketing, retail management or FMCG. Proven team leadership or promoter supervision experience. Strong computer and presentation skills. Valid driver's licence and reliable transport. Personal strengths: patience, attention to detail, clear communication and calm under pressure. A relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.

Location:

Gauteng, with regular travel to stores and events.
