Qualification

: Diploma or B-Tech in Civil Engineering / Building

Experience

: Atleast 2 years hands on experience in Site Management

Responsibilities :

Project Management

Serve as assistant to Projects Mechanical Engineer Participate in Projects conceptualization, planning and execution stages Organize, manage and oversee Technical Projects as directed by Management Allocate and Manage Projects labour, equipment, tools and materials Manage and motivate Projects Labourers/Technical Staff Clearly communicate project's requirements and expectation to project team members Conduct continuous quality control on current and completed projects as allocated Communicate projects progress and challenges regularly at set reporting frequencies Manage and maintain site admin registers Compile completion reports of projects and submit to PME for review

Projects Quantification and Quality Control

Analyze problems, diagnose and advice on required maintenance Manage root cause failure Plan and implement preventative maintenance Plan predictive maintenance Manage suppliers and resolve issues as they arise Implement and apply budget control measures Apply continuous Improvement techniques to ensure better project performance

Product Development

Design and develop various products as per client's specification Present project design concept to management for approval Continuous testing of designed products until completion stage Ensure that all testing and verification documentation is completed in time and accurately Accurately document design specifications from conception until completion Collaborate with other designers , manufacturers, vendors and client to ensure that product specifications are viable Present completed product to management and client
