We have a fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-weight Project/Event/Admin Assistant to join the in-house sales department at an edgy, global FMCG brand's Cape Town HQ. In this role you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of office and personal administration along with assisting the wider Sales Department.
Ideally, you have international experience. You will work with and assist the Sales Directors on a daily basis in various administration tasks to ensure smooth operations including diary, travel and organisation. You will also be responsible for planning and managing team events and sales conferences.
As a support to the Sales team in various activities, you will need to be superbly organised and have strong coordination skills to proactively support the Directors and wider team. This is an exciting company to work for, don't miss out!
