Job Description
To manage effective and efficient implementation of the consumer (FTTH) last mile access mediums in line with business objectives. Driving contractors, suppliers and internal departments in an effective and efficient manner to Ensure service delivery SLA are adhered to and targets are achieved. Act as a point of escalation and resolve problems.
Job Objectives
- To enable Efficient day-to-day management of all designated Telco functions as per standard procedures (SLA procedures).
- To ensure achievement of relevant tasks, dates and objectives
- To ensure High level customer expectations are met within the timeframes set.
- To Ensure a positive and helpful attitude to all stake holders always.
- To Ensure effective communications between Planner and Co-Ordinatorxe2x80x99s always.
- Effective management of situations that fall outside of the teamxe2x80x99s direct control.
- Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of co-ordinating of projects
- Knowledge of Telco
- Customer service experience
- Standard 10/ Grade 12
- 2 Years in a telecommunications / ISP technical environment
- 2 Years of customer service experience
