Project Site Manager
Job Description
Job Summary The ideal candidate will need demonstrate the following attributes: o Supervise and support site team leaders. o Oversee the performance and conduct of employees under each team leader's supervision. o Strong hand-eye coordination. o Good physical strength and ability to handle heavy equipment when necessary. o Proficient in using navigation and project tracking equipment. o Strong mathematical and analytical skills. o Exceptional attention to detail. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong organizational and administrative skills. o Budgeting and forecasting proficiency. o Strong leadership and team management capabilities. o Ability to delegate effectively and manage performance outcomes. o Teamwork and collaboration o Carpentry Knowledge and experience with managing various related projects o Experience with decking, cladding, balustrades and pergolas o OHS Awareness o Adaptability & Time Management o Problem-solving and initiative o High quality craftsmanship o English proficiency Minimum Requirements: o BSc in Construction Management or a related field with at least two (2) years or relevant post qualification experience, OR o BTech/Advanced Diploma in Construction Management or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant post-qualification experience. o Proven track record in managing complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders o Valid Driver's License
