Job SummaryHire Resolve's client, a leading engineering and construction services provider operating within Saudi Arabia's major oil and gas developments, is currently seeking a highly experienced Scheduler to join their team in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a key part in planning, monitoring, and coordinating large-scale EPC projects with a particular focus on the construction phase.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction schedules to create a unified EPC project plan.Monitor project progress, analyze deviations, and update schedules accordingly.Prepare progress reports and present scheduling data to project management and stakeholders.Work closely with various discipline leads to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.Identify potential delays and risks, and provide mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.Support the project team in resource planning and cost estimation activities.Ensure all scheduling activities comply with project management best practices and client requirements.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry.Extensive knowledge of all EPC phases, with a strong emphasis on construction management.Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Excel is essential.PMP certification and Primavera certification are highly preferred.Strong analytical and communication skills.Previous experience working on large-scale, high-value energy sector projects is advantageous.Benefits
