Job Summary We are looking for a salesperson for our client in Strydom Park with a proven track record in project related sales. xe2x80xa2 Technical sales experience within the construction industry xe2x80xa2 Project sales experience selling to Architects, Quantity Surveyors and other industry professionals xe2x80xa2 Lift industry experience (advantageous) xe2x80xa2 Customer service oriented xe2x80xa2 Team player xe2x80xa2 Results driven xe2x80xa2 Self motivated xe2x80xa2 Trustworthy xe2x80xa2 Able to travel xe2x80xa2 Fluent in English and an African language xe2x80xa2 Well presented and well spoken Market segments to be targeted xe2x80xa2 Property companies xe2x80xa2 Architects xe2x80xa2 Quantity Surveyors xe2x80xa2 Private clients - residential lifts xe2x80xa2 Educational institutions xe2x80xa2 Facility Management companies xe2x80xa2 Incoming sales enquiries xe2x80xa2 Attend various site meetings xe2x80xa2 Generate own leads Sales Target xe2x80xa2 2 x Elevators p/m xe2x80xa2 1 x Accessible Lift p/m xe2x80xa2 100 x client calls p/w xe2x80xa2 100 x outgoing emails on CRM system p/w xe2x80xa2 Monthly target - R1.6M Remuneration xe2x80xa2 R20K p/m xe2x80xa2 Commission 0.5% on all sales
