Core Project/Programme execution experience
must
relate to the following:
Systems implementations and migrations (Oracle, SAP, etc)
Data (governance, migration, etc)
Compliance and regulatory
Card and Payments
EPMO/PMO
Strategic projects
You will need to lead and manage projects from idea inception to activation and launch. Make informed decisions considering People, Process, and Technology and manage multiple teams across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Projects/Programmes end-to-end from initiation to close-out.
Identify stakeholders and consult broadly with clients and delivery teams.
Plan and coordinate teams, resources, and procurement.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks using appropriate methodologies.
Communicate Programme guidance and maintain governance artefacts.
Monitor performance, report on progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Close mess or phases, ensuring documentation and offboarding are complete.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 4 years experience in a core Project Management capacity
6+ years in a core Project Management capacity for more senior levels
2+ years additional Programme Management experience is advantageous
Experience must align with the areas listed above
Strong knowledge of project frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Advanced budget and stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Exposure to Business and Process Analysis.
Hybrid work model (Client, iqbusiness, Home).
Education and Certifications
Qualification in Project / Programme Management.
Certified in PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PMP.
Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering advantageous.
Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certifications highly advantageous.
