PROJECT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Mission :
The Project Administrator and O2C Support play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of telecom projects and the efficient management of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This role supports end-to-end project coordination, documentation control, order processing, and billing accuracy, contributing directly to project delivery timelines and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, while proficiently using internal systems such as WebCIP, OneProject, and SAP to manage project and order lifecycles. The candidate will also be required to be comfortable and proficient in reviewing PNL's ensuring accuracy and alignment on IBC while being able to track actuals monthly.
